Inqola Yenguquku Training CC — Aligned with SAQA & AgriSETA Standards
These Terms and Conditions apply to all accredited and non-accredited programmes offered by Inqola Yenguquku Training CC, a registered Skills Development Provider (SDP) accredited by AgriSETA and aligned with SAQA standards. They are subject to change without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of the student and associate partners to regularly review the most up-to-date version, which will be made available on our official website.
- Education is delivered through flexible learning methods including workshops, e-learning, and self-study.
- Learners must attend scheduled sessions on time; sessions typically do not exceed 90 minutes.
- Missed or rescheduled sessions are subject to facilitator availability and not guaranteed.
- No refunds or deductions for absenteeism, withdrawals, or missed sessions.
- Schedules, venues, and facilitators may be adjusted as needed.
- Learning materials remain the intellectual property of Inqola Yenguquku Training.
- The institution is not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage during activities.
- Programme fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of withdrawal or absence.
- Misconduct may result in suspension or deregistration.
- Late payments may lead to deregistration and interest at 15.5% per annum.
- Graduation, courier, and admin fees apply; certificates are issued only upon full payment.
- Graduation ceremonies are compulsory. Non-attendance attracts a certificate processing fee.
- Learners have three assessment attempts per module; further attempts incur extra fees.
- Short courses or master classes include Certificates of Completion or Testimonials.
- Accredited programmes may include compulsory components that must be completed in full.
- Assessments must be submitted on time; late or missing submissions result in failure.
- Non-submissions after 30 days require re-registration.
- Photos/videos taken during sessions may be used for promotional purposes.
- All fees exclude VAT; additional charges may apply.
- Literacy, numeracy, or computer skills may be required depending on programme level.
- Assessment PoEs must be submitted on time; couriered submissions must arrive within 5 days.
- Inqola Yenguquku Training operates as a private accredited institution, not a TVET/FET college.
