Inqola Yenguquku Training – Driving Change, Building Tomorrow Established in 2002, Inqola Yenguquku Training is a proudly South African, black-owned training and development company with over two decades of experience in youth empowerment, leadership development, governance training, and skills development. The organisation operates nationally, offering accredited qualifications, bespoke training interventions, and digital platforms that empower individuals and institutions alike. Inqola Yenguquku Training is accredited by AgriSETA to offer a wide range of agricultural qualifications, including: • National Certificate: Agri Trade Processes (NQF 2) • Animal Production (NQF Levels 2 & 5) • Plant Production (NQF Levels 2 & 5) • Mixed Farming Systems (NQF 2) • Poultry Production (NQF 3) • Agricultural Extension (NQF 5) The organisation also facilitates Assessor and Moderator Training in partnership with Ukundiza Development Institute. In addition to its agricultural focus, Inqola Yenguquku Training is a pioneer in Student Governance Development within South Africa’s TVET sector. Through its flagship IYTElections platform and IEB VOTE! campaign, the organisation manages SRC Elections, builds capacity for Student Representative Councils (SRCs), and aligns all training to the CET Act No. 16 of 2006, DHET regulations, and POPIA compliance. The organisation is also actively involved in special projects with municipalities, SETAs, and private sector partners, including goat farming incubation, student placement initiatives, and learnership delivery. With a strong digital backbone, Inqola is developing a full Learning Management System (LMS), custom nomination and voting apps, and integrated digital tools for governance, training, and compliance.
